When I was a student, I thought after getting a handsome package, my life would be at ease. However, Getting the 

job was itself a herculean task. When I got my first job in TCS and I started working I realized life was not that easy. The 

pay scale offered to me was below my expectation and the inflation in the market was very high.

      Very soon I realized that with this job I can not make my dream true. I was shattered but not defeated. I am a fighter 

and will not surrender to the circumstances which I was put to. 

      I need to find out some way to bring more money under my belly but how I was not sure off. I started surfing internet 

for hours so that I can change my destiny but all in vain.I could not find anything trustworthy. 

       In the mean time I realized that I will not be able to continue the job for my entire life because it required lot of hard 

work and the returns are very less.

        I also thought of starting my own business. But which one .... a million dollar question ? I just did a research on 

setting up a chocolate factory at my house and the initial investment was around 5 lac with different kind of machines. 

Over and above there was no guarantee of it being a success. It was too much to be risked.

      Then I came across a system or an industry called Network Marketing also called MLM. This industry claimed to 

have created more number of billionaires than any other  industry. I searched internet for it and the results were 

impressive. I also searched for the companies which operate in this sector and I got confused.... Thousands of 

question started hovering my mind like which company to join ? Which company can sustain on longer run ? Company 

should not run away with my money ? Company should not be fake and so on...

     I saw the compensation plan of many companies and their products. After my research on Network Marketing one 

thing was sure that only a product based company will be able to survive. I compared the compensation plan of many

their homeland and that's the reason these companies fail to provide a good compensation plan like Modicare.
